3. IP Address Collection
We record your IP address when you submit an analysis request. This data is used to:
- Enforce free usage limits for anonymous (non-registered) users
- Protect the service from abuse and automated scraping
- Rate-limit authentication and API requests
IP addresses stored in analysis reports are automatically deleted after 90 days. Rate-limiting records are kept only in memory or short-lived cache and are not permanently stored.
4. Third-Party Services
BukkenAI uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google Maps API / Google Places API — location and facility data
- OpenStreetMap / Overpass API — geographic and natural environment data
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Gemini / OpenAI — AI-powered analysis generation
Address and coordinate data is sent to these services to generate your analysis report. No personal account information is shared with these providers.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Analysis reports are retained indefinitely for cache and history purposes, but IP addresses within them are cleared after 90 days.
- Rate-limiting data (IP-based) is stored in memory or short-lived cache only.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
